Refund Policy
Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable for the current billing period. However, you may cancel your monthly membership at any time, and your access will remain active through the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
1-Year Paid-in-Full Memberships
Annual paid-in-full memberships are non-refundable. By purchasing a 1-Year Paid-in-Full membership, you acknowledge and agree that the full amount is due at the time of purchase and no refunds, prorated or otherwise, will be issued for any reason, including early termination. This policy is clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Day Passes
All day pass purchases are final and non-refundable. Day passes are valid only for the date of purchase and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or applied toward a membership plan.
